The Farmington-Pinebrook property owners association is managed by a Board of Directors that are elected by neighborhood residents to voluntarily serve the community. Our goal is to manage community resources and facilities to assure that our community is one of which residents can be proud. Neighborhood residents are highly encouraged to serve on the Board, or to participate in other ways such as: the Architectural Covenant Committee, Social Committee, or Welcome Committee.

All Board members are also part of the Architectural Covenant Committee (ACC).
Residents in good standing are able to volunteer for the ACC if they'd like to help
serve our community!
