Farmington Estates Property Owners Assocation

The Farmington-Pinebrook community is located on Hereford Farm Road in beautiful Columbia Country, Georgia. The community is served by three outstanding public schools within a short 3 mile radius: Evans Elementary School, Evans Middle School, and Evans High School.

Pool memberships are available to both residents and non-residents for an annual membership fee. Our pool also serves as the home location for the Farmington Northwood FINS swim team every year. 

Our family friendly community hosts social activities throughout the year for both adults and children, including pool parties, social meets, community yard sales, and more.
